Condos at Biltmore Park, Asheville

I've been working with a client looking at condos at Biltmore Park. Biltmore Park is a unique community in Asheville: kind of a town within a town. The "old" section is composed of several neighborhoods of single family homes. It is a very nice subdivision, but not unusal in and of itself. The Town Square is what makes the place different. It is composed of offices, shops, restaurants, a stadium seating movie theater, and the WLOS TV studios.

Nestled in the Town Square are apartments and condos. The condos are bright and cheery, and the floor plans are well designed. The units are well appointed with upgraded features: tile, granite, hardwood floors, crown moulding, etc.

From the condos, you can walk to Barnes & Noble, catch a movie, or dine out at PF Changs, The Hickory Tavern, 131 Main, Tranivia Italian Grill. Then indulge in ice cream at Coldstone and catch some live music outside.
